Charles Summers

Charles Summer is the military Governor of the Azin province in the county of Azin. Being the capital province of the country the appointment of a military governor to maintain security for the region was a prudent decision prior to the outbreak of the Fourth War with the Horde. He is loyal to the Nari' family.
