Captain Dent Loveless

Dent was the youngest son to a land baron of Dresden. He was born in TK 1025 and found himself without a family and country when the Horde attacked and occupied Dresden. He found his way to the coast and was taken on as a mate on a pirate ship. He soon learned that the talent with a sword was as important as talent with charts and sail. He took on his first command as Captain in TK 1046, and has not looked back since.
