Devon Metal of Aphane

A son of a metal caster, Devon won his spurs when he was a man-at-arms at Blood Ridge. Blood Ridge was a battle in Aphane during the Fourth War of the Horde and it occurred in TK 1039. Since the end of the war, he has become the sheriff of southern Aphane.
