Duncan de Hynez ath Azin

A knight of Azin who served with honor and distinction in the Azin Engineers in the Fourth War with the Horde. His unit breeched the walls of Dresden during the Liberation of that great city. After the War, he was offered the position of heading up a new engineering branch of the Azin government. Under the Ministry of Roads and Waterways for the Azin, the new Royal Surveyor's Bureau was created. This new bureau formalized the rules and regulations for the highways and waterways of Azin as well as the enforcement of those rules and regulations.
