Paul Adam Williams ath Kavendar
Born to deaf parents Paul, once he became old enough, was his parents' ears and voice. He excelled in all things vocal and audible. He is a master composer of music and speaks seven human languages and seven others languages. His current posting is as the cultural liaison to the Kavendar Ambassadorial residence in Azin. He performs a concert once a month in the Azin City's theater.
