Roger Mullens ath Azin

A knight of Azin who served with honors in the Azin Engineers in the Fourth War with the Horde. After the War, he was offered the position of Bureau Chief for the Emergency Repair and Reclamation Bureau under the Ministry of Roads and Waterways of Azin. He oversees the creation and repairs of the King's Roadway in Azin.
