Rygel Ath Azin

Rygel is the Arch Magus of Azin. A Haeflin noble that was cast out of his Sphere of Influence first became a vassal of the Duchess of Kent and proved himself loyal to Azin. Upon his appointment to the position of Arch Magus of Azin, the High King of Azin ordered his coat of arms to be changed.
