The City State of Dawn
City of Dawn is the capital of the City State of Dawn. A Haeflin city state country that is located on the border of the northeastern part of Valinnia and the northern border of Stone’s Rising. The Haeflin Prin-Duke Terra Karr rules the City State of Dawn. The City State of Dawn is part of the Ninth Sphere of Haeflin Influence.
The City State of Dawn is made up of one city, five towns and 67 villages. The city is the City of Dawn and the two large towns are the towns of Woodridge that is 20 miles north of the city and Hillden that is 15 miles southwest of the city of Dawn.
The City State of Dawn is the home of the Haeflin Engineering University and the Language University of the Ninth Sphere of Influence
Haeflin Engineering University
The Haeflin Engineering University is considered the finest center for learning engineering in all of the realms. Among those that have attended the university are Puggles Dillweed and Erich Geroge Varga.
Language University of the Ninth Sphere of Influence
The Language University of the Ninth Sphere of Influence located in Dawn is the only language university for the Ninth Sphere of Influence. The university specializes in ancient languages of the Realms of Alquennas. Among those that have attended the university are Rygel Ath Azin and Artimus Goddard Davis of Kallon.
History (recent)
During the later years of the Fourth War With the Horde the Third Sphere of Haeflin Influence attempted to annex The City State of Dawn by force. The Haeflin Prin-Duke requested aid from Azin. Azin offered the city state protection. To this day, the City State Of Dawn is independent.

The City of Dawn is the northern gateway to Stones rising as it is located at the northern mouth of the only pass through the mountains that surround Stone’s Rising. The two universities of the City State of Dawn find their home within the beauty of the city of Dawn.
