However, the impact of the arrowhead then generates an explosion that causes additional energy damage. The arrowhead is comprised of copper, iron, Green Flake Obsidian, and paper. Fire Dagger of the SalamanderIn addition, this enchanted weapon can fire two fiery arrows of Salamander Fire twice a day. Unleashing these Salamander Fire Arrows costs the user 3 FP per use if both arrows are fired at the same target. However, since each use unleashes two such arrows, the user has the option to fire one arrow each at two separate targets. This will cost the User of the Dagger a total of 5 FP. The damage that each Salamander Fire Arrow inflicts on its target is 16 points of energy damage with a Crit Die modifier of +2. After the second usage in a day, the Fire Dagger must recharge until the next day before it can unleash any more of the fire arrows. Fire Dagger of the Salamander Base Damage: 6 P Crit Die Mod: +1 Production Time: 3 months Price: 14,500 P+ Return to Top |
Axe of Obsidian (War Axe)The base damage for a War Axe of Obsidian is 11 points of slashing damage with a Crit Die Modifier of +2. The wielder of the War Axe needs to be careful only to use the axe head for slashing attacks. If the axe head takes more than 15 points of crushing damage or piercing damage, there is a 50% chance that the blade of the axe head will shatter. This is a normal non-magical weapon. Thunder SongSunburst The user activates the Arcane spell "Sunburst" by holding the blade over their head and saying the words "Out of the shadows!” The spell creates a Sunburst that any person or creature within 50 feet that looks into the sunburst will be temporarily blinded for 15 seconds x 1D10. Any light fearing creature takes 1/2D10 damage. This Sunburst can be unleashed 4 times per day. Thunder Clap The user activates the Air spell "Thunder Clap" by pointing the sword towards the target and says the words "Thunder Strike!” This unleashes the spell, which inflicts 40 points of crushing damage in a cone shaped path for up to 50 feet. Thunder Strike also can be unleashed 4 times per day. Thunder Song Base Damage: 16 C Crit Die Mod: +2 Bash: 5 Weight: 8 lbs Production Time: 42 days Price: 18,600 P Return to Top |
Thunder StrikeIf the wielder of Thunder Strike yells the name "Thunder Strike" either in Kingdom or in Dwarven, and then hits the ground, a Thunder Clap is released from the Thunder Strike war hammer. The hammer emits this Thunder Clap in a cone shaped path for up to 40 feet. The Thunder Clap does 40 points of Crushing Damage + the Crit Die of the hammer's attack roll. This elegant hammer uses Coldstone and Firestone to produce the same effects as the Basic Magick: Air spell Thunderclap at a magick level of ML 10. The Thunder Clap can be released from Thunder Strike up to three times a day. If an attempt to use it a fourth time is made, it simply will not work. The Coldstone and Firestone need time to get back into alignment (recharge). If Thunder Strike hits a target on the side of its hammerhead and does more than 45 points of damage, there is a 10% chance that either the Coldstone or Firestone embedded in to the head could shatter. Once either piece is shattered, the ability to summon the Thunder Clap is lost. The hammer will still function as a weapon of quality however. Thunder Strike is an object that is ideal to have enchantments placed upon it. Thunder Strike is a Weapon of Quality of +5 and has been prepared in such a manner that it can easily receive either a magical or a clerical imbuement. Only a Weapons Magus, Armorer Magus, Weapons Priestly Magus, or Armorer Priestly Magus can construct a Thunder Strike. Thunder Strike Production Time: 6 months Price: 25,450 P Return to Top |
The Garv HammerThe development of the Garv Hammer started during the Fourth War with the Horde. It was created by the Dwarves to be used by Dwarven and Human troops. A year before the war ended (TK 1043) the first successful Garv hammer was created. They are still rare for their cost and production time; however many those have had the chance to wield a Garv Hammer will testify that it is worth the cost and materials.
